Firstly ,I want to brief you about what is racial and ethnic inequality and then move to how it can be resolved.

Racism is the superiority of one race over the other which commonly leads to discrimination and prejudice towards people of different race or ethnicity .Racism can be defined in many ways .

With one ethnic group feeling superior over the other it is quiet obvious that the other group will feel inferior or according to me are made to feel inferior and their confidence is snatched away disapproving of their deeds or depriving them of their needs and are totally ignored in many places and sectors.

Ethnicity is often used to indicate a traditionally attribute to race ,though Racism and Ethnicity are considered separate but they are quiet used equally.

Now,coming to how it affects various areas of one's life ;

Generally with one group superior over the other or the people of colour or certain ethnicity not many good jobs are left for them the socially inferior group are expected to do jobs that are less than ordinary ,the other group gets more support when in Politics than the inferior group and due to many flaws and inferior feeling they are looked down upon by many educational institutions and also due to the norms and costs it is sometimes unaffordable.

EDUCATION:Discrimination or denying equal status in education happens as a reflection of various terms of inequality. Minor ethnic groups ,racial populations find themselves relying on State provided welfare because they live in lower socio -economic brackets and they also lack equitable opportunities to access social resources .Students deom minority populations ,especially Blacks and Hispanics often tend to struggle to achieve academic success as this could be a reflection of the less privileged backgrounds of the students and according to me it is also because Schools reflect national standards and also some teachers can illtreat students of Colour or varying ethnicity ,teachers exhibit unconscious trait of prejudice and discipline Black students more often than their White counterparts ,on the other hand Black students may misbehave more often due to their negative expectations regarding the educational system .

EMPLOYMENT: Discrimination at workplace or employment is usually not about who is hiring and who is hired the concept can go beyond it .The minor groups experience unemployment crisis , they have not made significant employment gains ,they are affected by separate racial seniority .

Race is still an important factor in American Labour market ,an African American applicant's race has certainely negative effects on his prospects on average ,resumes with white sounding names receive 50 percent more call backs than Blacks ,a white name yielded as many call backs as an additional 8 years of experience .Hence I would say that employment opportunities to be quiet sure are few for the coloured than whites.

HEALTH:Here too the colour of your skin is likely to play a role in the health care you may receive .Minoity patients are less likely to receive same quality healthcare as the whites and it is quiet obvious by now if you ask me .Racial and ethnic disparities continue to plague the healthcare system ,more than any other group Black community is most likely to have negative health outcomes with high Breast cancer, HIV and higher rates of infant morality .Discrimination in health care and health outcomes exists across almost every single disease or condition ,financial status directly impact health status accordingly if you ask me this is everywhere not just a certain part of the world but also from the place I come they assume that only people with good resource can afford better health care but in real I feel healthcare is the least that every one should be able to afford .

POLITICAL POWER: well, it is quiet obvious that the group of superior ethnicity and race will anytime win over the inferior or minority ethnic group .The disparity in Politics goes beyond dynamics within the African-American community but also on relations between different ethnic and racial groups ,the government deliberately investigates the black elected officials in order to discredit them .The government makes sure that drugs are easily available in poor Black neighbourhoods in order to harm Black people .I can only say that discrimination is the major reason for th3 economic and social ills that Blacks face .

There is a fair chance that these problems can be resolved ;There is always hope as Legal segregation is gone and the old fashioned racism has declined dramatically ,people of colour have made significant gains in different spheres of life ,I feel there is a fair chance for improvement of minority groups and also I feel it is a psyche that people of colour can achieve nothing and they possess potential harm ,in this day and age the media also seem to be quiet supportive I'm talking globally many people and institutions are accepting all groups and different ethnicity of people and with various sectors proving jobs and schemes I very much feel there is hope and chance of betterment for the minor. There is hope and I personally hope to see positive changes in the future.
