If a woman understands what her body meeds, she can keep herself much more physically, mentally, emotionally and socially healthier. Some of the things to know to keep a woman healthy are:

• Optimum amount of exercise that can benefit maximally.
• Understanding of body's vital signs and warning signs may help in avoiding and better treatment of diseases.
• Understanding the adverse effects and the changes a body goes through due to smoking, drug abuse and alcohol consumption might help in developing better physical wellness.
• Understanding the physical and sexual needs of the body and also the importance of safe sex will lead to better physical and mental health and will also help in avoiding sexually transmitted diseases.
