- Sharing an updated knowledge to
people requires some skills known as interpersonal skills. This are
the skills or behavior within the individual which he or she use to
interact with others.
- Interpersonal skills include
gestures ( actions or body language ), way of communication and an
attitude of listening to others.
- Personal qualities include fluency
in communicating, use of proper and simple language for the easy
understanding of others.
- One should have a pleasant and neat
appearance while communicating.

catch the attention of everyone.

prevent boring to the listeners.

others have to say and give proper clarifications to their

- Do not communicate very fastly. Use
pace in between your talks and be legible and use voice modulation
while speaking about an important topic or word.

about a particular thing make sure that every one could see you,
whether you can see every individual at the back also.
- Ask the listeners whether you are
audible or not.
- Restate the same thing if it is
difficult to grasp.
- Site examples whenever
necessary.
- Conclude the topic by simply
brushing up the topics you explained.
- Collect feedback from the people
about your presentation.

others. He or she should have good knowledge to clarify the doubts
of the individuals.
