If we talk about different types of organization it means we are moving towards discussion about the various organization and heathcare delivery services/systems in my opinion.

Various organizations:

• Primary healthcare organization
• Managed care oganization (MCO)
• Community heathcare organizations
• Health maintenance organizations (HMOs)
• Old age/elderly care organizations
• Preferred provider organizations (PPOs)

And so many.....

Some regulatory organizations as WHO (World health organizations).

Then as desired we will talk on personnel and interrelationship perspectives.

There are following types of healthcare delivery services:

• Outpatient care
• In-patient care
• Emergency care services
• Preventive care
• Ambulatory services
• Apart from that we can talk about some specialized rehabilitaion servises, mental care services etc.

Hence these are the services in healthcare system..

Furthermore as per personnel concerns we should discuss abouth the healthcare professionals including physicians, nursing staff as well as patients, their social mental and cultural believes.

We acn talk abouth personnel hygine in the healthcare organization.

And at the last we can discuss about the interpersonnel relationship in health care system between the healthcare professional as physicians pharmacist nursing staffs and others, in achieving and focussing the welbeing of the patients.

The interrelationships should have a positive impact on the healthcare status of the patiets.

Hence it is advisable to work in a team for betterment of the patient care thats all
