The profit and non profit and public health services interact and overalap each other since each is a part of gevernment health care, non profit health care services work as part of public health care,and private health care providers sometimes take government insurance and government.The health care sector in the US consist of arrat if clinicicains, insurance plans, hospital and othe health care feciliites and purchases of health care services all operating various configurations of groups,indipendant practices, networks.The health care sector also includes regulators governmental and voluntary, these various individuals and organizations are generally referred to collectivelly as health care delivary system,accountability,integration,that do not exist, collaboration, communication, or system planning among these various entities is limited and is almost incidental to their operations. The fundamental flaws in the system that finace , deliver, organize health care work toundermine the organizational structure neccessary to ensure the effective transilation of scientific discoveries in to routine patient care.the model relationship between those elements and alter design ,policies, process on the resultant knowledge in order to produce better health at lower cost.
