  The fast-food has adverse effects on the health of people as we have seen over the years. Fast food has led to several diseases that had resulted in people being susceptible to diseases such as obesity, Heart attacks, and other deadly diseases which can definitely be attributed to the use of fast food in our daily diets. This is why it becomes very important for us to make necessary changes to help ourselves survive and safeguard ourselves from the after-effects of consumption of fast food items and restrict ourselves to a level that cannot harm us and our health. We had to make changes such as improving the diet we have, having a nutritious diet to allow us consumption of only necessary food items that are healthy for our body. We also need to undergo the practice of constant exercise for ensuring we are not facing the risks of fast food. These are some of the changes we can make to ensure the avoidance of fast food.

  These changes are hard to contain because it requires regular and strict measures to follow to curb the use of fast food and avoid the risk of diseases due to fast food.   The economic impact has been favorable because the curb in the usage of fast food is resulting in saving on dollars of health costs and helping us live a healthy life which has lower costs related to our health and helps us in ensuring that we have a healthy lifestyle which is an indication of saving on expenses due to bad health. Thus, economically it helps all the stakeholders involved and helps in managing the economic frontier effectively for us.

  The educational impact, however, will depend on person to person because of the variability that is associated with the use of the fast-food.
