As the election from me to the company was keep on increasing and I was started feeling very stressed . I was stressed that I will lose my job and people will start finding holes in my projects. I was so tensed and stressed that I was not able to sleep properly and I used to take sleeping pills . In the the end this stress won the fight and I was not able to do my work at my half potential . I was kicked out of the company after 3 year because my work goes poor and poor day by day and the whole credit goes to the stress . After that incidence I realised that to be successful in life I have to avoid stress I went to take yoga classes to reduce my stress listened music . And I noticed there was very improvement in my work .
