Q Changes you have had to personally make due to the any personality things

Ans - When i joined my first job, I had this inferiority complex and was not able to get things done effectively and hence may manager called, told me to change my personalityand even told me that he would back me even if I hit a setback. From that day on I tried to shun my complex and finally succeeded after 3 months, initially it was tough but as I went ahead, I started to feel good, my work got improved, I was seen as a person of authority and creadability in the company. I grew on confidence and was able to handle meetings with higher management even till the level of CFO (Chief financial officer).

Q How you feel about those changes; how are coping

I feel very good and this change has improved me as a whole person and I have been open to all new experiences and this has helped me in dealing with day to day life with confidence and zeal, I have become a person full of energy and I am very happy about it.

Q Economic impacts for you, friends, and/or family

Due to this change I have been prometed in my company twice in 2 years and have grown financially this change in me has impacted my friend and family, I have been a sort of influencer for them and my positive energy has rubbed on them and they are leading wonderful lives full of confidence and  happiness.

Q Education impacts for you, friends or family

Because of the change I become open to new experiences and have ended up as a subject matter expert, my self belief has led me in guiding various students and because of the changes in me, my friends have followed suit and are helping others in gaining knowledge. I believe when we teach, we also learn and this change has driven me to new paths and journey's in my life.
