Here, we can build Projectized Organizational structure, as we will focus on meeting the project objective. Here, we will build a project framework and we will build team that improves loyalty to the project. As we are considering the benefits that are to be achieved, so project organization could be good choice as to fulfill the project specific objective. Here, organization could be smaller in structure and they have specific delivery objective. Hence, we can chose project organizational structure.

Another organizational structure could also be engaged. That organizational structure is Matrix organizational structure. Matrix Organizational structure could be of three types. These are Balanced Matrix, Weak and Strong Matrix Organization, such Matrix Organization could be of different types based on the authority level of project manager.

However, Matrix Organizational structure could be useful for a company with bigger volume of project, here, we can consider both project and functional objective together to fulfill the strategic objective of organization. In Matrix organization, we can improve communication level and flow of information. We can also improve visibility of various project parts, project manager either gain its control or retain their control by forming Matrix organizational structure. Organizational team can be retained, so, we can achieve longer goal and sustainability.

Projectized organizational structure can be converted into Matrix organizational structure, when we will think for longer duration and think for achieving sustainability, here, we will be creating big team that can accommodate all the project under just one frame. I will recommend a firm based on considering their situations if organization is quite small and they need to achieve project related objective. Here, organization look for short term goal and they can improve coordination level through forming projectized organizational structure. However, organization wants to keep both functional and project objective, then Matrix organizational structure would be best choice. Here, both functional and project manager can utilize scarce resources much effectively. Such Matrix organization gain more support from functional areas, these are as necessary to achieve the project objective.
