I am picking up a project which is familiar to me construction project which is construction of airport. This project has to be constructed in 2200 acres land and very mega infrastructure project in Bangalore India.

Scope of the project: scope of the project includes construction of runway taxiway apron and ancillary buildings.

Objective: objective contains construction of 4 kilometre runway parallel taxi and crossfield Taxiways and Apron.

Milestones: the project comprises of 4 milestones in which first milestone is construction of runway and Taxiways. Second milestone construction of apron which are used for parking aircrafts. Third milestone is to construct buildings such as airport maintenance building and aircraft fire fighting and rescue building which is called as ARFF. The last milestone is to connect taxiways in to the existing runway.

Technical requirements:the technical requirements includes the quality involved in the construction of highways and runways technical standards bureau of standards requirement codes relevant how the construction of airport tender requirements and as per the ICAO guidelines.

Limits and exclusions: there are no limits and exclusions in the project but one has to consider that some natural disasters calamity can affect the project like so much rain landslide may occur that can affect the productivity and limit the work.
