I am describing the important aspects of APPLE company organizational structure here.

APPLE - The organizational structure is the main reason for it's successful product innovation. I must say that it's structure give supports for quick business growth and make this company as a leader in the industry world.

The main aspects of APPLE organizational structure:-

1> In the Steve Job's leadership time everything went to his office. He took all decisions regarding project work/ new product launch/anything etc.

But in the Tim Cook's leadership time the organizational structure has changed. There are many teams in the company like software development team, production team, hardware management team etc. Tim gives chances to every team to put their decisions/opinions in front of him. This creates more collaboration between different teams of the company.

2> Tim Cook hires a senior vice president for every team like designing team, development team, marketing team, retail team etc. All senior vice presidents report to Tim.

3> There are some vice presidents under one senior vice president. These vice presidents report to senior vice president for every product like IOS apps, Ipad etc.

The advantage of this organization structure:-

For this structure, Tim Cook has control over the total organization. He takes a report from every senior vice presidents and gives work instruction to them to make a business growth.
