Strategic Corporate Social Responsibility is a strategic approach taken by companies through which they determine for which activities (social activities) they have the resource to devote and companies can choose that what social activity will strengthen company’s competitive advantage in this competitive scenario. Through it companies can create balance between economic values and social values of the company.
Signs that indicate that a firm has implemented a strategic CSR prospective are-
1. Long term Benefits Company is getting from CSR activity.
2. Corporate policies of the company that will benefit the environment as well as increase the company’s profit in long run
3. Allow volunteers work, so that they can share their real experiences to the audience
4. Company is gaining competitive advantage as well as revenue is also increasing
5. When company’s management stand up against social issues in public
