There are many careers which are dominated by men, and on the other hand, there are many careers which are dominated by women. If we talk about a career which is dominated by men then there are air conditioning repair and refrigeration mechanics, pipelayers, plumbers, pipefitters, Mining. Men in these fields are dominating, the jobs in this fields are mostly masculine and need more physical work, in my opinion, that is why they are dominated by men.

And if we talk about careers which are dominated by women, then they are Secretaries, administrative assistants, hairdressers, hairstylists, cosmetologists, nurses, air hostesses. In these fields, women are dominating compare to men. These jobs need charming faces, adorable appeal and soft skills. There are men in this fields but it is mostly dominated by women, men prefer more physical work than sanitary work.

If we talk about the gender in the society than we have already stereotyped men and women in the society. We as a human has made the perception that women will only cook and men will do physical work. And started in ancient time and it is still continued. But now things are changing and we are getting more progressive, men and women are doing the same jobs. But there are some careers which are still dominated by both the genders, but slowly it is changing.
