The Accounting profession is mostly choosen by the commerce gratuate student. Accouting profession
can be selected by a student if he is interested to do accounting work, preparation of financials, auditing,
financial analysis, cost accounting, taxation and other finance managerial work. There are many courses in
accounting profession but top three courses, which are the best as I think are as following:
1) Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is one of the reputed accounting course, CPA course required passing
CPA as well as work experience (practical training) before granting as CPA qualified. CPA is a tough
course but it can be cracked with self determination & hardwork. Once CPA qualified, can work for public
in the field of Auditing as Auditor, Accounting work for public, Management consultanct, financial analyst, tax
consultant and many more in accounting field even a CPA can be appointed as CFO or CEO of any company as
most of CFO in big companies are CPA. So CPA is very versatile carrer and glories future.
2) CMA course is also is very globally recognised career path for me. CMA is require passing of CMA and some work
experience before become as CMA qualified. CMA professional are expert in the fielf of cost accounting,
financial planning, budgeting, management accounting, etc. Most of Manufacturing company hire them for\
cost accounting and management work. A CMA can be finance manager, Cost Accountant, financial analyst,
Internal Auditor, CFO, CEO, etc.
3) Civil Service courses are also of the best course, which is slightly different but any commerce student can crack
them and become an income tax officer, tax officer, revenue officer, etc. Civil services courses need written test
to be passed and personal interview shall be crack for passing civil services .
Eveyone should select one of these courses based on their interest after analysing their strength and weakness.
