We are clearly known that Psychology is study of human mind and shape the human behaviour in desirable manner.psychotherapy is psychological method which helps to change behaiour and overcome of problem through regular instructions.Besides psychotherapy creates such condition which helps to understand mood , feelings etc .a psychotherapetist may be a psychologist who consistently make effort to deal with problem of mental disorder.

The alternative term psychotherapy is necessary for distinguish the treatment strategy because psychotherapy is completely provide diffrent treatment of mental disorder as compare other therapy or treatment procudure like cognitive behaioural therapy in deep psychology .Deep psychology is specific approach therapy which explore unconciousness experience .But psychotherapy is necessary to braody discuss and deal with mental disorder problem through cope with feelings , problem solving and change behaiour pattern.Therefore , it is necessary to distinguish between the term psychotherapy and deep psychology and this term "psychotherapy " treatment startegy more solution oriented and effectivly deal with mental disorder problem.
