Development tasks of adulthood.

Mostly the tasks for people who are in adulthood mainly consists of work related career in developmental tasks and having friends and relationship with spouse and marriage and kids and their raising are the tasks seen in family related development.But only few people are able to manage both tasks successfully and they will have new friendships other than their family and their responsibility increases and social responsibility will also be increased and they will undergo psychogical changes and develop fully and take responsibility and assist their childrens into adulthood.

Development of tasks in old age.

In old age we loss our self esteem because we retire and may have some financial problems and it takes time to adapt to this condition because we will lose our health and also physical strength and may need help in daily activities.

And mostly they have to understand that death may be close to them and have to guide themselves to understand that they may lose their spouse which is mostly seen in women.And they will have to adjust to loneliness.
