We will consider certain responses to be superior because the behavior demonstration by the applicants in the airline interview are showing great behavioral approaches which are useful for the airline business and the behavioral theory help us in preparing these questions based on the chapter on interviewing to focus on the behavioral aspect in the interview which is very much essential for candidate selection. Behavioral aspect is important for interview process and it need to be used adeqautely.
