answer starts with your name , place , educational qualification etc . this is a self introduction part . it also includes the strengths and weakness of yours .

2 . why do you want be a flight attendant?

you should have researched the job and company as a part of your interview preparation . name specific reasons this job is exciting to you and fits with your career goals . add why this position attracts you .

3 . why would you be a flight attendant?

this is a chance to show your confidence level . this can be your communication skills, interpersonal skills,customer service ability, ability to work as a part of a team etc .

4 . tell me about a situation where you had to deal with a difficult customer.how did you handle it? (if the applicant is fresher consider this as a situation and ask him how he can handle this )

this question about your customer service ability .includes points like listening problems, understanding, polite conversation etc .
