Universalism is said to be the philosophical and theological concept that some ideas have a universal application or applicability. Universalism has a deep influence on modern-day Hinduism, in turn influencing western modern spirituality. The universalism in the US suggests:

· Education, it not only teaches but also make the students culturally competent.

· The job sector, the people here in the US have no difference in its selection of people of any race, gender, or color till the skills are well set for the job.

The Particularistic aspects suggest that the approach claims that each society has its unique historical development and must be understood based on its own specific cultural and environmental context, especially its historical process. Hence, some jobs have their own particularistic approach. The examples are:

· The appointment of the Head of the Church is the aspect that only a few can have based on their previous works and experience of the Christian religion,

· Only those who have done well in the pre-campus interviews are awarded the MIT seats which needs specific priority and knowledge.
