Column breaks - Click breaks button from the page setup group on the page layout tab.
Bulleted and numbered lists - bullets and numbering buttons in the Paragraph
Headers and footers - Click headers and footers on the Insert tab
Fields - Date and time button from the insert group on the Header and Footer tool design
Spell and Grammer Check - Click on Spelling and Grammer button in Review Tab
Style, size of text and consistent font(as per the emphasis required) - Can be found in Font box in Home tab.
Borders - Click on Page Borders button on Design tab.
Indentation - Proper indentation of paragraph and sub-paras from Paragraph box in Layout Tab.
Open punctuation style
Use A4 paper only.
Fully Blocked Style
Proofreading
List of particular words to be included/ excluded( as per requirement).
