  1. Using the Watts’ Model estimate the number of new viewers generated by the Coldwater Tide Campaign. Use N = 900,000 and R = 0.041
  2. Apply your new viral marketing model to the Tide Coldwater Campaign.

I did the first part and got the solution of 938477.58 by using the formula S=N/(1-R) but I do not know how to answer the second question

A) You are working in a local government using the Implan model to estimate the impact of a new electroplating facility (Industry 253) in the same metropolitan area you had on the last assignment. The facility will employ 250 workers. Set up an activity and run a simple scenario to generate results. In order to estimate the number of calls to expect at a new suicide hotline, volunteers contact a random sample of 50 similar hotlines across the nation and find that the sample mean is 32.0 calls per month. Construct a 99% confidence interval for the mean number of calls per month. Assume that the population standard deviation is known to be 9.5 call per month. (Please show all work)

Using the particle in the 1-D box model, estimate the first 4 energy levels of the π-network in hexatriene, C6H8 (H2C=CH–CH=CH–CH=CH2). To calculate the box length, assume that the molecule is linear and use the values 135 and 154 pm for the C=C and C–C bonds, respectively. Only 2 out of the 6 ‘π-electrons’ of the 6 C-atoms can occupy each energy level (Pauli exclusion principle). Ignore the rest of the electrons (forming the core and the ??-bonding network). Sketch...
