Critical thinking has allowed me to view various problems, conversations and interactions in a more systematic and organized manner. Interactions with colleagues and peers were often instinctive for me. However, after this workshop I realize that at workplace we may need to be more strategic and careful not only how we interact with others but also how we approach problems.

When I think of critical thinking process, I realize that many of the workplace challenges that involve problem solving needs to be thought in a structural way. At present this requires conscious effort from my end. However, with practice this should become a norm. Throughout the semester I used critical thinking process whenever I had to choose between two or more options. That is where I attempted to analyze the current and future situations and choose the most beneficial option. This is where critical thinking workshop helped me and improve my thought process. It has changed the way I view and approach challenges.
