The Company hired you as Marketing Manager of Saudi Arabian Region for "Canon" Company to start its activities in Saudi Arabia.

You have to establish a marketing department starting from the Analysis of the market, formulate overall marketing goals, objectives, strategies, and tactics within the context of an organization's business, mission, and goals designing and planning the entire function.

Write a Marketing Plan considering the following points

To introduce this section you should include the "mission statement" of the business; an idea of what its goals are for customers, clients, employees and the consumer.

Conduct an environmental analysis that looks at and comments on your local area and your network of business contacts, competitors and customers.

Identify the target market, describing how the company will meet the needs of the consumer better than the competition does.

The business has to be focused all target customers of any sectors as there should be no office without canon products. To improve the business a well sofisicated sales team need to be hired who have well experienced team who has enough experience and knowledge about the market so that they can bring in new clients. The main focus of the team has to be main corporate teams and local distributors to increase the sales volume. So to increase the sales proper relationship has to be developed between the customer and sales represtentive that will let the customer to have a long term relationship. And proper product knowledge also has to be educated with the customer. A detailed market analysis has be derived from the the market has the potential of the customer and the pipelines where the business can be improved. Contact details and close relationship has be created with the customer.

Also need to understand the level of competitors and their influence in the market and their service level in the market.

And need to understand their service quality that they provide to the customers. The new sales team has also has to be a tight team where they can improve the service quality and improve the business of the company and better quality has to be promoted with the customers so as to acquire the clients.
