Here, I choose the one big international company which is Amazon. Amazon is known to be a charitable organization which is is very much into conducting social community programs.

1. So basically amazon's social responsibility program conducted for the interest of various stakeholders like customers, community, and employees.

Customers: Amazon gives the utmost priority to the customer as they believe they are the king. Amazon fulfilled its social responsibility with customers by maintaining transparency, fair prices, convenient services at the doorstep and with different technology products.

Employees: employees are amazon's one of the important stakeholder and them under their responsibility by sharing that employees get the fair wages according to their skills and knowledge and mainly IT sector because they start the one that it takes care of the security and development of Amazon.

Community: is the interest of communities involves charity organizations, the health sector, the education sector and conducting various programs that are beneficial to society.

2. While performing the job Amazon make sure that their employees at lawfully ethically and with code of conduct.

Employees must follow the rules regulations and laws stated under Amazon legal department. Talking about conflict of interest, employees are expected to you think aur use the judgment in the interest of the company with their personal goals. Amazon provides equal opportunities to all the employees also. Amazon provides a healthy work environment for the employees and expects each employee to maintain safety within the company. company doesn't allow its employees to make decisions in relation to price-fixing or agreement with the competitors.

3. They follow the concept of individualism. They focus on individualism by focusing on the personal growth of each employee, their goals and their tasks, development, training.

Individualism makes the individual focus and starts with the fundamental assumption that the human individual is of major importance.
