Expert Solution

The ethical decision making procedure has some particular procedure. It is more effective. It does not violate the ethical rules and morality. Such decision has some logical points and it is more scientific and logical. Such decision does not hamper anyone's rights and it does not create any harm to others. It also brings mental satisfaction of the individuals. As for example, one finds many problems in establishing a business. Then he needs to advance step by step procedure to establish the business. One needs to be free from the effect of alcoholism. It needs the application of self-help as well as medication.

But it bears some disadvantages. Sometimes the individual fails to detect right option. In case of complexity it is not always applicable. It needs the application of one's cognitive power. Some problems need the application of the physical power. When one is involved in crimes it is very difficult for the police to change the mentality of the criminals and the criminals do not want to express their guilt. In such case, force is applied. Besides, the problems between two nations are not so easy to solve if there are many fundamental problems in coming to a particular decision.
