In case of administrating model of decision making, the decision makers try to take a decision by having a clear understanding of the different alternatives which can be used to fulfill the objectives as per the prevailing situations and conditions. All the required information and ability to analyze and access the different alternatives must be possessed by the decision makers. The decision makers have a strong will to reach to the probable solution by opting to the alternative which can be used to fulfill the goals most significantly.

In the case of the classical approach of decision making, the past experiences cannot be used to make future decisions. In this model, different options cannot be identified effectively which can be used to fulfill the objectives. This is more realistic when there are some chances in the decision-making process to perform those things which were not done in past. The analysis of different option can be performed.
