I am selecting Company named Reliance which is listed in India and which is a largest Market capitalised company in India but it has a high potential of growth because it is diversifying its business into various aspects like telecommunication and retail along with petrochemicals and online streaming.
Data could be used to improve the outreach of this company in order of marketing and sales through-
A. This company can lead emphasis upon the social media advertising campaign in order to reach to large group of customers which can be the potential customers for its online retail business which is yet to expand in India.
B.Reliance also have a subsidiary known as Reliance jio so it is a telecom provider company which can used for advertisement of its different other products and segments to the public.
C. It can also use advertising its retail products through advertising them through various kinds of sporting events and other cultural events which are highly popular in Indian society
D. They can also use digital approach of marketing which is highly common in these days due to spread of coronavirus and this company can retain & gain large market share if, it evolves with the the digitalized world.
E .Reliance jio can be used to advertise its product to a large group of customer because Reliance jio is having a very high market segment in overall Indian market and it can be used to advertise the products of Reliance retail business
F. Physical interaction with customers are needed to be avoided and more digital approach to the management of the organisation in marketing and sales and representation of digital approach to various customers is necessary in order to enhance the performance of the company to cater to large group of customers.
