It is very necessary to complete project closure because it helps to avoid the unfavourable and adverse scenarios. It makes confirms that the team is able to complete the project objective and achieve the target. Also necessary to improve future engagement as it is impossible to learn is engagement without the project closer it helps to learn about the internal team. necessary is captured the knowledge which provides we use of that in future engagement.

firstly to complete a project there is a need to collect all the related work items that are related to the project and organised all them as per the priority task. then they need to develop a process to complete each task. and organise everything related to the structure that fit the organisation and team related to the project. set the time as per needed for each activity in each week and make a review of every work on the afternoon of the weekend on at the starting of the week. when they need to complete all the first few steps of the project that are pull up, press publisher and deliver the final product. The project would be complete.
