1. The form of tender is included in the contract, inorder to ensure that the features of the recognised work schedule is identified properly and clearly differentiated from one phase of schedule over the other. In the wide packages available ,it increases the number of phases and thus the process become tedious and complicated.The procedure includes there should be a pre-tender estimate, which should include the plan of the proposal ,then re-arrange package by package inorder to allow easy evaluation of the tenders  received.

2. Notice for the due payment
