On the subject of Social Determinants of Health, I have a few questions I have to answer like describe overall impression of how we are doing in terms of social determinants? What surprised you the most? Where do you see us doing a good job? What social determinants factors negatively the health of individuals? From a ethical standpoint how can we do bter as a country? As a state? As a community? As a individual?
Social determinants of health are the conditions of the people facing many circumstances like economic stability that includes employment, income, debt, medical bills etc,Education like literacy, language ,early childhood education, access to healthy options incase of food requirements, health coverage, quality of care, social integration and so on.The most surprising thing is about education and health systems. The outcomes of healthcare like mortality, morbidity, health status and many other things and education which shows a higher and lower rise in system of educating people specially the vocational training. The negative impact of SDOH poverty, unhealthy housing with unsanitary conditions and adverse affects like stress, obesity, many diseases, and autoimmune disorders. In order to the betterment of the country or a state one should increase the flexibility in the medicaid services and any other health services that address SDOH.Addressing all the social and behavioural factors has the most economic potential to increase the effectiveness of healthcare.
