the social environment to which he is exposed to. Resources which
increase the quality of health are safe and affordable housing
using, access to education, safety, healthy foods, emergency
services and environment free of life threatening toxins. All these

by taking proper balance diet, avoiding smoking and drinking
alcohol and stays fit and active. This helps him to maintain
optimum health. But there are some social determinants which
influences the health of the individual, the quality of health is
changed.
Structural violence is when these social factors puts an individual
or the population in danger. Some of the structural violence causes
are less access to health and Resources, political power,
education, health care. It is the limitations that constrains the
people from achieving the quality of life.
