Social determinants of health and significant to patient care and
outcomes.
These are the conditions in the environment which we born live ,work ,play , and age that effect a wide range of health.social determinants of health include many factors like stress early life ,social exclusion,work , employment,social support , addiction, food and transport.
Stress
There are many things that causes stress like studies,work or any relationship etc .For breif period stress doesn't cause anything ,but if stress persists it leads to negative impact on the health and leads to anxiety insecurity,social isolation ,lack of control over work and life all which effect health.
Social exclusion.
As a result of rasicim and critisism and discrimination and people living in disadvantaged are more likely to suffer from helath problem.
Work.
Having a job better than without a job. If there a job he earns income and he maintains basic life necessities.But a healthy work place is important with social organisation.People who control their work have better health.
Employment
Unemployment may cause high risk of health issues.it inculdes psychological and financial problems.
Social support.
Social relationships are important part of being human social support and social interaction contribute to good health. Social interaction develop people to be loved and valued.it also includes emotional and physical support.it helps in good health and behaviour.
All the factors are significant to patient care and outcomes.
