The evaluation study process goes under four different steps. Each of these steps has different kind of issues and methods. These four steps are Planning, Implementation, Completion and Dissemination and reporting.

Planning

In evaluation study planning refers to determining some possibility of the Evaluation. Not only that finding the stakeholders and creating some short-term goals are also included in this step.Stakeholders are most important people for an organization. So identifying the stakeholders is a major task for evaluation study. Because, these stakeholders will provide supports to the evaluation study. So in the first step, we can include some frameworks or Short-term specific planning.

Implementation

Implementation can identify whether these planning are becoming successful or not. In evaluation study, Implementation refers to recruiting appropriate participants, giving a perfect training and other major activities.Legal activities are also included in this step. Here an evaluation study needs to pay their attention on several things like Coordination, Training programs, legal activities and worker proficiency.

Completion

Here in this step, the evaluation study can examine the direct outcomes and also can examine the long-term impact of these outcomes.

As example

Controlling the blood sugar level is a proper outcome of evaluation study.

Dissemination or Reporting

In this step of evaluation study, the result will be examined. This step can address whether the program is successful or not. Also will address what is the reason behind a successful or unsuccessful program. In this step, information can be shared with the stakeholders and others. In evaluation study this step helps to notice the important factors which can bring more perfection in the programs.
