here I am going to describe about the myth of creativity explored in this unit along with how have experience this mix in my own life and how did any of the myth about creativity surprise to me and how has my thinking change the result.

Myth of the creativity are those statements which are not true in reality but people often believes in them. people believe windows with as though statements are spread out throughout the people and are known to be true.

The common with creativity explore in unit of following :-

1) CREATIVITY IS PARAMOUNT :- it is the biggest myth that creativity is paramount but it is not true as creativity is not everything which is needed in an organisation many other skills and activities are also really important when it comes to the organisation work.

2) PEOPLE ARE CREATIVE BASED ON WHAT THEY DO :- this is the biggest myth to be said that people are creative based on what they do as it is not true sometimes people don't love but they do and it is not true to say that people are creative on based what they do.

3) CREATIVITY CANNOT BE DEVELOPED :- what is definitely false to say that creativity cannot be developed as there is no age of learning and developing creativity in oneself. With the practice and dedication creativity can be developed in anyone anytime. it is really important to know about what we love and starting doing that would be help in developing creativity in oneself.

4) CREATIVITY ISN'T JOB :- it is definitely false to say that creativity isn't a job as there are many people whose work is not only and creativity only for example the artist, the painters etc.

I am definitely experience the myth "CREATIVITY ISN'T JOB"

THIS MYTH OF CREATIVITY HAVE DEFINITELY SURPRISE ME AND THIS MAY RESULT IN VARIATION IN THE RESULTS.
