The future of leadership is more constructive and productive as it emphasizes not only on the profits and benefits of the organization but takes into consideration everyone or everything that can be affected in this growth process. The leaders have expanded their scope of responsibilities where the subordinates can look up to them for their own growth and development. This brief mentions the areas where the leaders are focusing as part of their overriding duties. They grow the business in such way that it creates more jobs and opportunities for the talents to be identified and engage in the company's development. The corporate social responsibility indluges them to operate in ways that can be beneficial to the environment and protect it from any destruction or damage caused by the business practices. They create a work environment where not only the company but everyone working can be economically benefitted.
The other avenues that future leaders can take to enhance their organization’s stewardship in the world are inspiring the team to work towards a sustainable competitive advantage. The leader cannot alone make a difference and grow on local level unless his team also aspires to work on the same direction. He should encourage the team and influence them to work together for the better of the organization which will also help in their self goals. He should be open to learning and developing himself at all times. Having an attitude of knowing all and over confident approach can close his doors to learning and development which will effect the growth of his team and the company eventually.
