Expert Solution

To become an entrepreneur you goal must be clear to you.you must have backup to start a business ,a realistic plan ,perfect product for the market that meets their demand .

In the above passage discussikn of three individuals come Tracy, Tracy's mother and Tracy's husband .

Fact is that I dont find any likelihood to become an entrepreneur reason are as follows:

*Now Tracy has become mother of one child she has to focus her attention towards her child as well as well.so she will not be able to work full time and will not able concentrate on work .where as in intial days busienss requires lots of time and attention as new born child.

*Next i tracy 's mother have a good experience of doing business where as tracy dont have such experience as she was not fully engaged in family business she worked there part time only where as her mother make it most succesful

*while thinking of starting a new business together tracy and her husband both dont consider about tracy's mother if they will enagage her in the business that she will proof as a asset for the businesss becuae she possess such a good experience as she turned troubled business to succesful business;but they dont consider her in thier business and i dont think tracy and her husband alone can built a root of succesful business.
