1. what are the right sequences of driving the precast reinforced convrete piles?
2.introduce the procedure of construction of the bored piles with the hole being supported by the mud in detail please
Ans(1) : These types of piles are driven by applying hammer on the piles into the soil of higher depths around 40m. These piles are widely used due to their versatility and suitability of the ground conditions. Below are the sequences that can be followed while driving the precast reinforced concrete piles :
Ans(2) : Bored piles are also known as drilled shafts. It is a reinforced concrete foundation that is being used to support structures with heavy load. We will discuss about the procedure of construction of these bored piles if a hole is supported in mud.
Its installing starts with drilling of vertical hole in the ground or mud by using any suitable machine. The diameter and depth are being manipulated according to the vertical load that is going to act on the pile structure in future. Usually depth is around 50-60 meters. After the drilling process, a structure of bar which is reinforced with the steel is being lowered into the hole that was drilled. The top portion of pile is capped after it reaches its maximum depth drilled. After all these installation different testings are being done to insure that the piles are proper on not which would insure the strength of the foundation.
