IKEA is a Sweden based multinational company whose core work is to design and sell kitchen appliances, furniture, home accessories, etc. No doubt it is the world's largest furniture retail company and currently doing very well globally. As a company, you need to recruit employees who are highly qualified and know their responsibilities for the company. Moreover, employees should be dedicated to there work and try to put their efforts into achieving the company's objectives. IKEA is a place where they are public dealing, so employees should not get nervous if customers ask them questions related to products and other stuff. They should remain confident.
Interviewing techniques include checking candidates' body language, way of communicating, confidence level, handling pressure, etc. These are things that play a key role for an employee and if they pass it successfully then they will get the job they were looking for. Moreover, you need to pass various other interviews in which there will be your medical test, references will be taken and after that, you will get the job offer and you have to apply for that.
