below is a brief description of the relevant HR theories that enable effective recruitment and selection along with the sum interviewing techniques.

there are several HR theories for several human resource theories which are very useful when it comes to effective and efficient recruitment and selection in an organization.

Some of those HR relevant theories are the following:-

1) Herzberg motivation and hygiene theory:- this theory describes how to motivate the employees at the time of recruitment and selection and this is the most relevant theory which comes in hand when it comes to recruitment and selection effectively and efficiently.

2) Douglas McGregor theory:- the Douglas McGregor theory states that there are two types of theory including such as theory X and theory y according to theory X the employees are not creative and don't like to work and according to theory why the employees are very creative and very useful for the organization this really helps in the recruitment and selection process effectively in an organization.

Some of the interviewing techniques are following that are IMPORTANT:-

1) CHOOSING THE QUESTIONS WISELY:- for an interview to happen it is very important that the HR chooses the question wisely so that the interviewer and interviewee both are compatible with each other and the interviewer can get the maximum information he can get about the interviewee.

2) Analyzing THE CANDIDATES BODY LANGUAGE:- it is really important to keep a check over the candidate's body language to make sure that if the candidate is aware or nervous it is really important to do because it provides information about the candidate's nature to the interviewer.
