Doug is a bank lawyer and partner in Sioux Falls, at Davenport Evans. He received a B.S. His M.A. is from South Dakota State University. From Northern Colorado University, and his J.D. By South Dakota University. Doug began a 10 year banking career in 1972. Firstly, as a commercial lender with US Bank in Rapid City. Soon he was overseeing the system-wide commercial loan allocation pool for the organization in Minneapolis. He was eventually in Sioux Falls overseeing the mortgage banking activity of Western Bank.
