Expert Solution

1. The impact of any team on an individuals creativity differs as per the team culture.

However, in most cases a team can help out your creativity. As no person is perfect individually and needs help to improve its creativity.

In some other situations a team can be so interfering that you cannot perform at all as an individual.

Example - Let us take example from cricket field. MS Dhoni is a great finisher of the game. His creativity is understanding the need of the situation and playing accordingly. Thus he takes the game till the end and then finishes it in his teams favor.

But all this is only possible when the other batsman of the team support him and don't loose their wickets at the crucial time.

2. Most of the time you will find a freeloader is someone who thinks he is not been given an important work or who is not been given a proper responsibility.

So, the most positive way to deal with a freeloader is by telling him that you believe in his capabilities and thus assign him a good responsibility.

3. Three ways in which my organization helped me -

A) We always had a great team culture. Thus whenever I needed some help there was someone to help me out.

B) They always let me do my work as an individual and didn't interefere much.

C) They never had those rigid hierarchy that can prevent you from working freely.

4)

A) There was a lot of focus on time rather than productivity.

B) The CEO never motivated his subordinates.

C) We were never awarded incentives on the basis of individual performance.

5. Let us take example of MS Dhoni. His biggest strength as a leader have been mentioned below -

A) Calmness - MS Dhoni always remains calm in the most toughest situations. This reflects on his team as well.

B) Ability to handle pressure - India have won their most pressure matches under his captaincy. He would never let the pressure affect his game.

C) Humbleness - Even though he is the best leader of the game he is the most humble guy you will ever see. This makes it easy for the junior players to speak with him.

D) Temperament - He is a rock solid guy and remains cool as a cucumber. No matter how tough the situation is he handles them easily.
