It acts as a knowledge base for teams or individual employees in any organization.	It helps in solving complex problems through reasoning, facts, figures etc.
Typically this comes in the form of FAQ content, case studies, webinars, training programs etc.	Expert system performs task which are performed by human experts through computer application like making financial forecast, diagnosing illness etc.
