The topic that intrested me the most is Common law.
The common law is also known as the case law, since there is no formal legal code regulating the case under review, and is based on extensive reports of previous cases and statutes. The judge who presides over a court case sets the precedents of the common law system. This is formed and created by the written judgments of the judges delivered at the conclusion of the trial in the majority of Commonwealth countries. Such opinions are binding on all lower court rulings under the same jurisdiction.

WHAT I HAVE LEARNED IS:
In the many ways that the States are reserved to govern, common law is an important source of law. A State, for example, can exercise its policing powers to regulate its citizens' safety, health and welfare. Legislation in these areas can lead to legislation in various fields, such as the law on land, so-called vice legislation and domestic relations . Vice-business activity rules for some fields or for some day. This is also necessary to remember that precedents are different from jurisdiction as in many jurisdictions precedents created by one jurisdiction are not binding.
