Passengers and Airlines: Legal Rights versus Ethical Issues
What are your thoughts on this topic?
As a passenger when you are booking a flight in an airplane, you would surrender many rights when entering into the airport doors. It simply states that you are under a dictatorship where you are under the control of the pilot and you don't even have the right to fly the plane. That pilot is also responsible for all the lives on the plane. It is mentioned in the Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) all the rights and the controls.
One passenger is not allowed and is also a legal offence that you are treating or misbehaving with the flight crew. You are legally offended for attacking and fighting with the flight crew.
On the other hand, the ethical issues about the same aircraft service would be about the behaviour and the the discipline that has to be followed by the people in the airplane. The ethical issues regarding the security of the passengers, the maintainance of the airplane, their travelling time and the quality services are to be taken care of effectively.!
