1. Each and evevry employee possess some responwsibilities in nthe workplace including the professional responsibilities related to work and the ethical responsibilities which deals with the right and wrong of an activirt regarding any incident in the workplace and as an employee it is my right to main ethics in the workplace and even stop employees who are violating such ethics in the workplace.
2. The legal rights of an employee are the demands that ane employee can expect rom the work place and ethical responsibilities are the fair and honest activities that are expected from an employee in the workplace or organization.

It is a primary responsibility as an employee to ensure that I myself as an individual should not resort to lies and will try not to encourage dishonesty in the workplace if it is practiced by any. As an employee i should have these basic responsibilities in order to be ethical and successful in the organization.
4. Yes, there has been employee wjo have been unethical because they have demanded gifts from a client and as I knew that it was a wrongful deed I warned my colleague to stay aloof from such activities but he was unable to get away from the fact that he will be receiving a gift and that made him greedy and I had to report the incident to the manager because as a responsible employee it ism my duty to maintain such ethics in the workplace.
