Discuss at least (2) "lessons" about Quality Management from this course that will benefit you in your present / future professional life and / or personal life.
There are the following two lessons about Quality Management that would benefit me in my professional or (maybe personal too) life:
The lesson first- Total Quality Management: It is one of the most interesting and useful lessons in the course of Quality Management. I personally love it as it can be applied across different areas of life. Be it a personal life or professional life. Total Quality Management is also referred to as TQM. It is all about creating a total quality culture in the organization. It is usually done by continuously improvising the performance of every task, process, and value chain activity. It can be applied in personal life as well where someone can continuously improve himself in his passion.
The second lesson- Just-in-time: It is another most important and quite useful concept to learn in a quality management course. It is now usual in the organizations as many big players are following it from MacDonald's to General Motors. It involves producing what it needed and when is needed. It helps in improving the system by removing the wastes such as waiting, storing, and moving parts from one place to another.
