1.Result depends all on the parameter i.e temperature
Because When the temperature increases even the enzyme activity increases and thereby the rate of reaction increases,it even increases enzyme-substrate complex of that particular reaction.
Enzyme Activity spikes at an specific temperature which is called as optimum temperature where maximum enzyme activity is found. But beyond that temperature the activity decreases. So our results depend upon on determination of temperature and their gradients
2.To improve the experiment, the first thing to be done is to increase the temperature, because as the temperature is increased even the kinetic energy associated with the enzyme-substrate complex increases and this will accelerate the rate of reaction and thereby it forms more product and second is to find the optimum temperature.
3.To increase enzyme activity in this experiment ,focus should be on pH,Concentration of Enzyme and Substrate and temperature.
4.Animals produce an enzyme called as catalase that breaks the hydrogen peroxide in to water and oxygen. If the animal produces catalase then it will produce bubbles of oxygen when hydrogen peroxide is added.
Test name is Catalase test:
1.Take a microscopic slide ,put a single colony of grown bacteria and then add hydrogen peroxide to it,if it produces bubbles that means that test is positive
5.It all depends upon standarization and optimisation.Take some ml or litres of sample, measure the room temperature of the sample then go on increasing the temperature till maximum product is formed,at some stage the enzyme activity decreases, plot the graph of temperature vs enzyme activity and find the optimum temperature.
