Exponential Leadership vs. Linear Leadership
• The leadership style of the people since the very industrial revolution has changed based on the needs and wants of the markets. The business thinks in two forms since then where the current ways suggest the liner leadership which is based on the way the business thinks of the market for the expansion. The line-based thinking is the source of such leadership. Further, if the managers are leading to make the product offerings better for the specific target market the liner leadership is best suited for the business leadership.
• However, the leader who thinks about the ways the business as a whole can be developed in a market altogether for a brand is key to the ways that the exponential leaders can think or do as per the market needs.
• The leaders who can see above a market or a line of products with the best of offerings in place are best suited for the exponential leadership. This needs the exponential leaders to have a look into the business and its virtue where the facts are there with the leaders. Hence the exponential leaders have to be in the position to see the facts and figures over a liner production to make the right decision of where to put the money for long term business gains.
• The exponential leadership can be used to generate the best of business leadership with the data for all product related issues be made visible to the leader to make a decision that would suite the exponential leadership. The liner leadership would stick to a product which they would think of exploring in the larger market outside the nation but on one product line based on the data they get.
