• Take approval of the HR manager and the concerned people who will be taking the interviews of the people.
• Also, take into consideration the qualities and recommendations from the team managers in the teams of whom the selected candidates will go. It will help in seeing the right qualities in the people.
• For the induction process, seek approval from the training staff and what methodologies they will be undergoing to train the staff. This will help in knowing whether the training procedure will align with the job role of the person or no.
