Fast food restaurant companies usually have limited budget but need to have strong HRM framework to recruit right talent.

Staffing local restaurants requires methods like Social Media Hiring, Referral Hiring, and Thid Party Consulting based Hiring which gives quality candidates.

Social media hiring is best for cultural fitments however can be skeptical which is disadvantage as it doesnt give an holistic view.

Referral hiring is another effective way because of trust and Recommendations shown. However it can be disadvantageous if referrences are unchecked and unverified.

Consulting based hiring gives top level candidates based on requirements and expectations. However disadvantages being cost of hiring is very high.

Organisinations must check for quality and skills as well as qualification like local relevant experience, overall location travelled, cross border cross domain management skills, Leadership skills, relations management, Team building and collaboration and customer services.

Recruitment process must involve technical evaluation by asking behavioural questions on different scenarios faced at restaurants follwed by perosnal interviews which tests cultural fitment. On selecting provisional offer letter must be shared and backgrounds and references check must be done after final offer letters.

On joining, 7 day probation period be started with on the job trianing for evaluation and assessment of performance.
